Rule Law Vital For Society

Rules are made to maintain discipline in the society. This is the reason why the people of society do not want to follow. But without these rules and regulations, no one can survive in the society in the right form says Attorney Miya Griggs. The different laws are constituted by the government for the citizens to behave properly in society.

The laws enforced give proper instructions to all the people to maintain the three pillars of sustainability. All the citizens of society must abide by the rules framed by the government. There would be social unrest in society if there is no law, and bigger ones would start ruling people who are inferior to them, which is not a proper way to live.

Laws framed are for the welfare of the people and is a piece of advice to the citizens to follow them to maintain harmony in the society. Otherwise, different groups would start fighting with each other creating unrest. Therefore, all the rules must be adhered to. Different changes that come in the society over the period of time can be embraced within the framework of laws says Attorney Miya Griggs

People living in society come into contact with others through the internet, which is often termed a web relationship. This type of relationship can be social or may be based on business affairs. When you interact with different people online, you come to know about their habits and views on various subjects by attending different social functions.

Social change can be religious, economic, cultural, scientific, or technological, which influence the society on the whole. It may include structural and functional changes in the society. The role of law with regard to the social change depends upon the government at the center. The direct role of law depicts the stronger relationship between the government’s laws and citizens, whereas indirect role of laws is a weaker form of government, which allows the officials to make decisions independently.

Society, on the whole, is affected by the various laws enacted by the government, which plays an important indirect role with respect to the social changes, for instance, our education system, which is governed by the laws says Attorney Miya Griggs. Our main social institutions are ruled by the laws indirectly whenever there are certain changes socially like there are laws that prevent a person from having more than one wife and vice versa.
