The political rights of the people are accepted and well preserved. Some of the rights are still awaiting recognition despite being correct and different groups of people are struggling around the world for their legal acceptance.

There is acceleration of demand of many new rights like rights for climate refugees in the last few years owing to the increase of economic globalization and deteriorating environment and social disruption. The people worked in an active and organized manner for several years which resulted in the recognition of the right to claim ecological debt worldwide. This right has revealed the loss of natural resources in the northern nations and the damage done due to natural calamities in southern countries.

The primary requirement for the overall development of the country is environmental conservation. The people of the particular country should be keen to save the dwelling places of different species of animals and plants that exist there for the economic development of the nation worldwide. There is also a need of people to be aware of the environmental hazards besides protecting it. This is done by stopping the bad impacts of nature. Strict rules if implemented rightly in a scientific manner could play an important role.

It has been seen that all living organisms feed people by giving them food, clothes and provided building materials to construct houses for thousand years says Attorney Miya Griggs. Plants and animals determine the quality of air humans inhale, control the flow of the water and make the soil fertile for agriculture. They help in decomposition and absorb our waste. The lives of human beings directly depends upon the nature. On the contrary, nature is being disturbed by the increasing population. Animals and plants are dying due to natural calamities.

Global warming and ever increasing levels of carbon dioxide owing to the wrong activities of humans. Our environment is gradually being deteriorating for the last two lac years due to modernization and people going against the nature, thus disturbing the whole eco system.

In order to start an enterprise in a location which is of national environmental importance, one is required to obtain license and permission from the Environment and Energy department. You must check online about the areas which are of national importance and are protected by the environment department. One must get the requisite approval from the department of Environment and Energy, if you want to start business activities in the area where there are environmental restrictions. Greenhouse gases, import and export of wildlife products, dangerous waste products and those substances which are deficient in ozone.
